Survivors wander aimlessly over the ruins, enduring each day without a promise of tomorrow.
In this world where laws, nations, and order have vanished, merely being alive is a miracle. Plagues sweep through villages every spring, and the summer heat dries up the wells. In autumn, bands of raiders sweep across the fields, and in the face of winter's frost, people must choose between frostbite and starvation. Survival is no longer a matter of luck but a will to be fought for, and those whose will is broken simply disappear.
