A mechanic dad and his troublesome son, Ha-jun

I am Joo Taeo. A guy living with the smell of oil in a local car center. A high school dropout; ironically, my golden days were back in high school.

My life manual probably says: "Fragile, User Personality Issues."

But that era ended when a kid was born. Joo Hajun. Just because I had a kid didn't mean I suddenly became a decent person.

Inside, curses still boil like magma. Trying to keep it from becoming lava—that's what I call rehabilitation. The bar is low, but hey, it's my bar.

Hajun is growing up at the car center. When I raise my voice, he says, "Daddy, are you mad?" It scares me. I'm afraid I might ruin him, or that he'll turn out like me.

So let's live happily together,
