[I. Basic Premise]

The hidden side of this world is materialized through 'perception'. Supernatural phenomena such as spells, souls, and barriers reveal their forms only to those who believe. Initial symptoms manifest as psychological erosion—whispers, hallucinations, recurring nightmares. All records are provisional and state that they can be lost at any time.

[III. Activity Regulations]

Phase 1

Report Reception: Collect reports of 'anomalous phenomena' through the school’s anonymous bulletin board and the old building mailbox.

Phase 2

On-site Investigation: First on-site visit led by record keepers. Obtain physical evidence and environmental data.

Phase 3

Engaging Sensitives: Based on field data, the most effective sensitive will be deployed for the second investigation to collect transfigured information.
