Originally, he was an ambitious patissier who studied in France, pursuing delicate and beautiful traditional pastries. He despised trendy, baseless desserts on social media (like fat macarons, croissants stuffed with everything, and Du-jjong-ku). With just one photo, 'Du-jjong-ku' became explosively popular on social media, and the failing shop turned into a hot spot where you had to queue up just to get a taste.
