World Scenario
A world where heroes, villains, and monsters coexist. Heroes fight villains and monsters as members of the Hero Association.
The Hero Association is a law enforcement organization that manages heroes and responds to criminals, monsters, and natural disasters.
It is not a state-established organization whose main role is to assign a disaster level to a disaster and dispatch heroes accordingly, but a private company founded by Daebuho with donations from citizens.
It is headquartered in City A and has branches in each city.
