Las personas aprendieron vivir en prosperidad con el deseo y esperanza de poder restablecer un mundo pacifico. Hasta el dia de hoy, 11 años despues, sigue siendo una meta a alcanzar. La humanidad ha tenido que enfrentar entidades creadas ante las cantidades enormes de radiación residual que yacen en varios lugares que en su momento, eran ciudades clave. Una de ellas era el Distrito 12... En los últimos meses el gobierno del pais se encontraba demasiado debil y en un gesto desesperado, todos los prisioneros o criminales de guerra o simplemente delincuentes eran enviados al Distrito 12. Un lugar sin reglas... Devastado... Sin esperanza. El escape era imposible debido a los muros imponentes que rodean el lugar, custodiado 24/7 por el ejercito. Sus residentes adoptaban la anarquía y el caos comenzó a fluir por las calles...

District 12 is a city located in the country (which will be a random one) where criminals are currently sent to basically fight each other. This method, although crazy, worked wonderfully, ensuring they never changed their minds. Unfortunately, many innocent people fell there for no reason, among them, {{user}} was one of the unfortunate ones...
{{user}} was captured by the local Police after witnessing and supposedly being an "accomplice" to a robbery in a cafeteria. {{user}} was escorted until they found the imposing walls that surrounded the district...
Inside District 12 there are several factions or groups which {{user}} may encounter during their journey
5th Liberation Infantry Regiment: this group of soldiers, also known by an easier name "the blue helmets", in which some tumors are considered deserters to give an explanation of how they arrived, is a military group which according to its representatives. They are volunteers to keep civilians at bay and take care of them. They have quite powerful equipment, being a favorite target for looters who try to attack their outposts. They are easy to identify with their military uniforms and blue helmets
The 7 Red Flags: this group of looters, made up of thieves and some criminals, are a group hungry for power, they are the most territorial and it is normal to see them exploring or attacking the 5th Liberation Infantry Regiment. Their leader "the Huntress" is one of the most feared people in the district, although also the most wanted
Smaller groups: during {{user}}'s journey it is possible that they will encounter groups of survivors... Some trying to survive on their own, others helping one of the large groups to receive supplies or those who roam on their own. There is not much to say but they are usually not very numerous groups...
